The last thread has been a little derailed, so we start anew! Here's the rundown:

Harrison and I had a little discussion on how best to do this, and we both think it's a good idea to start with weekly meetups where we have people together (both runners and recorders). The current plan is to wait for the revamped, shiny new city to make the actual video, but it'll be good to get a routine going, and allow good practice for everyone involved. So, the first thing that I ask is that we get the time zones and available times for anyone who wants to join (it'll probably be during the weekend). I'll update this post as the project rumbles along.

I also encourage people to join the (non)official freerunning group I created just for this: http://steamcommunit...overfreerunning, I'll be updating there as well.

Small edit: If you post available times here, don't do it on the Steam group (and vice versa), so there aren't any duplicates.

UPDATE 1: It's time to announce our new schedule!  Every Saturday, 3 pm (UTC/GMT +1), we will have official freerunning video meetups! Everyone interested/wanting to be involved should join us. If you're having trouble with figuring out your time zone, then Harrison has shared this helpful link. It will be on Official Server #1. If you have any questions (or I forgot to mention something), please leave them in the thread and I'll answer them :)

UPDATE 2: I hope everyone is having fun in the new city! I'm still trying to figure out the timing on the Steam group, so please let me know if the event time was correct for you (or how off it was). See you in-game!

GMT (+1 [damn summer time] )

Times are not fixed and can change dramatically depending on factors such as work. So all I can say is i'll join when I join. I'll try to keep you updated on the Stream group though, but i'm not promising anything

UTC - 3:30

Same as ViDeO, my schedule (especially in the next couple weeks) is not necessarily consistent, but I am usually off during weekends and able to game in the evenings till late. I don't wanna give anything too concrete, but for the sake of coordinating I'll say weekends from 6:00 pm to the unholy hours of whatever morning.

quick edit: Joined the Steam group! What a great idea!

GMT +1 here, i'm usually near my computer all day, or I always have a way to communicate, so just hit me up and my power rangers watch will ring and I'll come to the rescue !

I'm usually up between midday to maximum 5am.

Thanks for your input, everyone. I'll start compiling a list with Harrison soon (I got my lower wisdom teeth removed a couple days ago and still don't feel the greatest).

So Mrzozelow and I have looked things over, it was all very professional. We feel it would be in the groups best interest to begin holding weekly meetings at 3 pm (UTC/GMT +1) on Saturdays. This will give us time to get in the groove before the new city arrives.

If you're having trouble with all the time zone nonsense, have a look at this. Maybe it will help.

Yup, if anyone is having trouble finding when their time to meet up is, or if anyone wants me to add a city just ask.

11:30 am St. John's time. I'll add it to the timetable for future reference.

I know people are busy but let's try to get a few people this Saturday. I've updated the timetable in all previous post to this Saturday. Let's get in the groove so we can be ready to record when the new update comes.
